Get cozy for the holidays

December 29, 2011

Wow, it's been a busy, busy couple of months. Holiday parties, an engagement party for dear friends (finally), headshots, family vacations, music shows and so on. For the end of this month, I leave you with the Evans family Christmas portraits. This session took place as the result of a fundraiser prize I submitted to help orphans in Mexico, way back in May -- a day after I decided to quit my job at the office and pursue photography full-swing.

It was a nice drive out to Abbotsford, BC with my beautiful assistant (Shalini) -- those bagels and hot chocolate sure helped. The tree was trimmed, stockings hung with care...the cats gave us a friendly stare. And that baby, such big blue eyes (I'll share more shots of her from this session soon). Enjoy, and Happy Holidays!

Vik thank you so much for these awesome photos of our family. I am speechless as to how well they turned out. You have such a creative style and I love it! Our daughters pics are gorgeous! ~ Tina Evans
