Pumpkins anyone?

A nice drive in the countryside, a few turns and turnarounds and we arrived at the patch to pick a pair of perfect pumpkins. So glad the rain held out, but that didn't stop our boots and our tires from getting a little muddy. A hayride and a petting zoo, too! I do have to say that my heart sank seeing the older animals though; I'm sure they're well-fed and cared for, but there's something in their eyes that just said, "I'm tired." I digress (sigh). Bunnies had no trouble falling asleep in our warm hands...not a care in the world. All in all, a great way to kick off the Halloween spirit.
